Mt. Vernon Christian Academy admits students of any race, color, and national origin. All students are admitted conditionally with a six week trial period. IF the student fails to make acceptable progress or does not adapt to MCA programs of Christian Training the parents may be asked to withdraw the student from this program. If the trail period proves to be successful to both the school staff and family, the student then be officially enrolled.
Prior to being admitted to MCA, both the parent and student will meet with the Principal and other staff. Student and parents will be required to sign an agreement form after reading the MCA Handbook. Approximately three weeks prior to school starting, the student will be tested. The diagnostic test will determine the specific level of performance for the student. The results of the test, along with the interview and response to handbook, will determine whether or not a child is eligible for admission.
We are not currently accepting new students.
